Its been over a month since I have posted on my blog page. I need to see if I can upload some
photos to share. I finally started stitching a Lizzie Kate chart. I bought the four seasons baskets
on ebay and have started one. I will post pictures of all four charts and my start on the first one.
I'm busy stitching on my embroidery machine. For Christmas I bought myself a new machine
that takes a memory stick instead of of the cards. Its a Brother 770. It stitches beautifully but
they keep making the space where you thread the needle smaller and the needle threader to
figure out. Oh, one thing about me is that I hate to read. I'm working on hankies for my nieces
wedding. Gifts for the Moms and Dads. I got one stitched out very nicely. Started my practice
stitch out on the second and I got the worst thread jam. That after having to change thread because
I couldn't get the spool I was using to thread through the needle. I really don't like having issues
when I'm working on a project.
I was asked to put a party together for my niece and her new husband the day after the wedding
so the families can get together and have a light lunch and watch the newlyweds open their gifts.
I'm working on the menu and the decorations. I have exactly 3 weeks from today to get this all
planned and excuted. I think that I should make some sort of an invitation together with my
address and info for the family to get to my house.
I have my work cut out for me for the next 3 weeks. I have family coming from Oregon, Washington
and California for the wedding. I hope I don't become over whelmed.
